Георгия Победоносца. Местом проведения сбора в этом году стал уютный парк Coyote Point в Сан-Матео , расположенный на самом берегу залива . На линейке под знаменами Дружины, начальник Дружины Ски. Е. Цыдзик зачитал приказ о награждении и поощрении отличившихся скаутов, а о.Александр отслужил молебен в честь Св. Георгия Победоносца. Старшие и младшие скауты хорошо провели время на природе в кругу своих друзей. |

Dear Scouts, Parents, and Friends,
This year we have the opportunity to participate in a historic event involving our culture, and heritage, the 200 year celebration of the founding of Fort Ross.
Since the early 1950s, the scouts have played an active role at Fort Ross by participating in yearly celebrations. In 1994 the scouts were involved in the restoration of the crosses at the cemetery.
The celebration takes place over the Memorial Day Weekend, and we are asking all scouts and parents to arrange their weekend activities so that we can have maximum participation.
There are two separate schedules depending on which group your child belongs to:
Vitizi, Druzhinitsi, Razvedchiki, Razvedchitsi:
Sunday, May 27 – Monday, May 28 Overnight at Fort Ross.
Vitizi, druzhinitsi, razvedchiki, & razvedchitsi will arrive at Fort Ross on Sunday, May 27, by 3:30pm. We will be assisting in the setup of the church and barbeque areas, as well as providing any other assistance that may be required. There will be a hike along the trails with planned activities. Flag lowering, dinner, campfire, and social time will be in the Fort itself. Sunday morning, we will complete any last-minute preparations for the service and celebrations and then we will participate in the church service, procession to the cemetery, lunch, performances, and help with the cleanup. It is expected that we will be leaving Fort Ross at around 5:00 on Monday.
Belochiki, Volchata
Monday, May 28
9:30 am – 5:00 pm
Belochki and Volchata will arrive at Fort Ross on Monday, May 28, by 9:30 am. They will be participating in the church service, procession to the cemetery, lunch, performances, and help with the cleanup. All belochki and volchata should be dressed in their full dress uniform.

The park is 12 miles north of Jenner on Highway One.
From Santa Rosa
Highway 101. Go past downtown exits for Santa Rosa. Just north of town, take the River Road exit. Go west (left). River Road will turn into Highway 116 in Guerneville. Follow 116 west, then follow signs to Highway One North towards Jenner and Fort Ross.
